PLEASE AVOID!!! Stains all over the room, an item left in the shower, a hair dryer with a melted cord. When we asked for a hair dryer that is safe, we were told that we had to wait for maintenance to get there at 9am (we left at 4:30am after a miserable night including flea bites).
BTW the "No pet fees" just means that the cost is in the price of the room. Another customer told us that his charge was $20 ish less than we were charged.
I gave RR the opportunity to rectify the situation but was stone walled at every turn. Manager Bobbie will not return calls even when Red Roof Customer Service has called her. Customer service will tell you that they cannot find your reservation even with the confirmation number. They will take your "Official Complaint" then NOT call you back after 48 hours.
