Being from WV....this little hidden gem made me feel like home! The hot, steamy heat of Florida disappears as you descend into almost dried up sink hole. And once at the bottom, you can look up and almost imagine the hills on home! A great place to spend a few hours in the great outdoors, regardless of the summer heat.

I was there many years ago with my Mom and Dad, and I was left with many wonderful memories. It is very peaceful, with wonderful views of the waterfalls. The cute cabins are perfect for families.
At the end of a rutty, dirt road you will find this peaceful giant. Waiting, as it has for hundreds of years, to welcome you in. This oak tree is spectacular and well worth the drive.
Truly unique and really unusual, and since it is free....its a real deal!
Stone Mountain is a gem! The Country Living Fair is every October and well worth the admission price with live music, juried art, and demonstrations.
