Location is great, short walk to the beach, right across from a fun bar called Patches with live music and great food. Pool is heated and the guests were quiet even though the park was pretty full. Office staff was nice and residents seemed to be often long termers. Dog park and laundry room was a plus. Would stay again.

One of our favorites! You basically get your own little cove and there’s so many spots on the water you just gotta pick the right spot. We had our own private beach. Tons of wildlife! Tons of deer that are not afraid of humans and will let you walk right by them. Pretty and quiet place would stay again!

Very spacious and tons of grass and land! Great spot to have a fire and catch some fireflies! Only inconvenience is that the sites share hookups with the neighboring sites so our plugs wouldn’t reach until we re parked the camper at an awkward angle closer to the site next to us so that we could reach.

Gorgeous place, very clean, tons of families with kids and boats and water toys. We stayed right on the water. I prefer to be further from neighbors for the dogs and these are a little closer together but you still have your own grassy area and picnic table. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Nice and clean place to stay.
Perks: full hook ups, nice staff, dog friendly, laundry room, pool, close to Nashville.
Cons: You’ll he pretty close to your neighbor, not a lot of space per lot to hang out outside, lot of gravel, only 6 min per quarter in the dryer.

Not horrible……but not great. We have a 36ft fifth wheel and it was a VERY tight squeeze. The place is packed to the brim like a Walmart parking lot. We found that most of the campers there lived there long term. Not much space for setting up chairs or enjoying outside. Pull through sites are really just two separate sites you can pull through an empty spot to get to yours. We also slashed a tire on the way in because they had rail road ties poking out next to the curb. Wasn’t a relaxing experience for us so we didn’t stay long.

We loved it here and didn’t want to leave! This is the perfect little stop right off highway 80. Wide open and spacious with amazing views of the sunset and plenty of space to throw the ball for the dogs. There weren’t many other campers there so it was very quiet. The guy at the front desk is so down to earth and fun to chat with. He’s even got some cool vintage items for sale. Very small town vibes and a very comforting safe place to stay. Full hook ups and no strict check out time. Don’t let your dogs get in or drink from the creek, it runs through a cow pasture. We will definitely be back!
