We love the word "Road Trip." There is so much to see and experience on the open road. I am the owner of a CBD business and my handsome husband is an electrical engineer. We have two grown children, a young man and a young lady. We have two dogs. See ya on the road...safe travels.

Super fast and fun thing to see. It's up a very steep street where it dead ends into the troll. Kids and adults can climb on it and play but should be careful.

There is a donation box to help with the up keep. Donations keep fun things like this around, so donate.

So, the Space Needle is fun and you get really up there. The elevator is quick and the elevator people are funny and nice, usually college students. I would suggest going toward the evening, you can see the lights. There are telescopes that are free to view.

It is really pricy. You can have a decreased rate if you go early and late. Check the website for times. http://www.spaceneedle.com/home/

It's WELL worth it to buy the tickets that also get you into the Chihuly Garden and Glass. It is absolutely amazing and night time really brings out the colors. Check out their website at http://www.chihulygardenandglass.com/

I loved it. The ranger was very nice and knowledgeable. It is small but pAcked with very cool fossils and a separate section for Minoka internment camp. Also a place to get a stamp for your National Parks passport.

This is a place where you need to understand the history of interment camps to get the full value. Google it before going and you will enjoy it more. There are some buildings still standing and multiple boards with information.

This was by far one of the best places we stopped at on our trip. The volunteers were knowledgeable and friendly. One of them even got my son involved and had him help with the turntable. My son has autism so to include him had me at "Hello."

The trains are so fun and you can ride in a one as well. Keep in mind that they are not the size of large ones, even one has a steam engine.

The area is spacious and beautifully landscaped and kept. There is plenty of parking, even with a trailer. There are lots of buildings to look at and a great park setting.

This is a must see!

It looks creepy from the outside. We didn't know that it was for the month of October only. We spent way too much time trying to figure out where the entrance was.

Little bit hard to find but fun when we did. Note that this is a residential area and the picture is a bit deceiving. Be mindful of the person's neighbors.

Before you trek out there, make sure the plane is there. We made the mistake of thinking it was always there, fools to us. I bet it could have been cool though.

I grew up on the slogan, "Ho ho ho, Green Giant." So for me to see this huge 55.5 foot tall Jolly Green Giant, I was in 80's heaven. It's a really cool icon.

There is a little gift shop, the lady is super nice. Lots of parking and is located in a park setting so you can picnic or let your dogs take a break. It's close to the freeway and how can you not love a place called Blue Earth. Enjoy.

This was amazing. Don't see it after Crazy Horse. We walked around the loop, not a bad little walk but does have some steep areas and lots of stairs. I would suggest starting out on the left side (looking at the memorial) and going that direction. Worth getting the audio tour as well.

Food is good but expensive. Plenty of gift shops and places to hang. Parking is overly abundant and there is a pet exercise area.
