Well worth the money! A must do, while visiting the area.
Beautiful park!
Nice place for a picnic. Clean, nice covered bridge photo OP. A place to stop for a snack, not really an all day stop with so much to do and see in the surrounding area.
Great place! Very clean, level, rock sites. Nestled in the redwoods. Walk right in to Henry Cowell State Park and enjoy a walk/hike through the redwoods along the San Lorenzo River. Short drive to Downtown Felton, Santa Cruz, Mount Herman, and Roaring Camp Railroad. We stayed a week, 8/5/18 - 8/10/18 and loved it. Very nice people, quite park, plenty for kids to do. It is also a short walk to the "Garden of Eden" swimming hole in the San Lorenzo River.
Friendly local grocery market. Stopped for some snacks and Sandwiches. Found everything we needed at fair prices. Good Delu Sandwiches.
Stayed 6/26/2017. The fron RV sites were refurbished and nice. Playground, halls, and bathrooms/showers were nice. Pool and splash park nice. Store was small. We stayed in a back in site, in the back half of the park by the cabins. Cabins looked nice. Our area was still in the process of being refurbished. It was a decent stopover site for us but probably would puck a campground along the Acenue of the Giants if we return.
Must do! Even if just passing througj whether going north or south. Drive the whole stretch it's well worth it. Multiple places to stop and tak a short walk within the Redwoods for great views, smells, sounds, and overall experience! Great campgrounds throughout as well.
Very pretty view! Nice place to stop for a photo and stretch your legs while visiting or passing through.
Beautiful, traveled through 6/26 and got to see large Elk! We ran out of time to do the Fern Canyon hike unfortunately, wish we planned better.
Fun experience with great views. A different perspective from the tops of the trees.
