A worthwhile stop. In addition to interesting exhibits about Herbert Hoover's early life and work on behalf of refugees, it has a little town you can walk through to see life what life was like when he grew up. There's even a working blacksmith shop with a blacksmith

So glad we stopped. Doesn't take long but thanks to the woman behind the counter we learned a ton. They have really cool artifacts - never knew a Bowie knife was so big. And you've got to love a place with souvenirs for the kids that cost less than 2 bucks.
