Awesome trails tucked back into the woods in Indian Hill. The entrance of the trail is right behind the playground of Stephan Field and if you didn't know the trail existed, it would be one hell of a discovery. Very scenic, heavily shaded in most areas and a nice creek running throughout.
Classic ice cream parlor and candy shop in the Oakley Square (Cincinnati). The company has been serving up ice cream since 1908 and they are still on the second generation of owners. Get ready to step back into time when you come here. Make sure to enjoy your treats inside rather than taking them to-go as the dine-in experience is what makes this place so enjoyable.
Center commons area on Oxford's campus. While a quiet and peaceful spot to relax during most weekdays on game days this place gets rowdy (see uploaded image). Definitely a bucket list place to tailgate for an SEC game!
Little Miami has definitely improved over the last few years. They have a covered driving range with heaters that is open year round and during the golf season they have a grass driving range available. Anna is right the artificial putt-putt course is nothing special, but younger kids will be entertained. They have added a natural turf putt-putt course with 18 holes to give you a realistic feel of what to expect on the course. Dennis Wells has been the PGA Pro here for many years and is a very knowledgable teacher. He is especially great teaching junior golfers. The Par 3 course has been updated and is a great start for first-timers or a great way to dial in your iron game.
The best golf training facility in Cincinnati by far. They have a double-decker driving range, a short game area, indoor putting green, and outdoor putt-putt course. Love taking the kids to the putt-putt course and getting them a soft serve ice cream afterwards. The short game area is scattered with sand traps as well as a large putting surface.
The guys at Pedal Wagon are awesome! They offer a unique experience to tour Cincy that can't be matched. It's the perfect way to get the crew together and bar hop/site see while creating awesome memories. They recently got their liquor license so you can now drink on the wagon! Give it a shot. Check out their website ahead of time and reserve your slot as they tend to fill up on weekends.
Best place in Cincy to go during the Fall. They have a huge covered area with games for kids (putt putt, corn toss, face paining etc). The hayride take you around the farm and stops halfway through at the pumpkin patch where you can hand pick your pumpkins. They always have a live country band on the weekends and the concession stand serves funnel cakes and a variety of other favorites.
They have a great set up in the fall. Pumpkin patch, hay rides, games, animals, all sorts of produce and homemade foods. Definitely worth checking out. The best time to go on the weekends is on Sunday during the football games unfortunately. I like to do that because the farm is a lot less crowded.
Best french toast around! It's located in a strip mall in Deer Park, but don't let that fool you. It feels like grandma's house when you first step in. They have a great overall menu but clearly known for their breakfast. The staff is super friendly and the food is served quickly.
Romantic little Italian spot, great for a date night. the atmosphere here is what makes it so special - feels really authentic and comfortable. The bar area is cozy with a nice wood burning fireplace and private seating. The food quality is really good but I wasn't please with the portion size considering how expensive the food is.
