Oh wow super rad! This is the first thing we did when we rolled into town and it was the most fun we've had on our trip so far. There's just something about navigating through a maze, looking for people to shoot with a water gun, and trying not to get shot. This is definitely a must-do for any Roadtripper!

Absolutely rad! It's a pain to get to (the Roadtrippers location is in the town of Kemerer, but Fossil Safari is actually 50 minutes from there - search Google Maps for the actual location) but it's absolutely worth it! We didn't think we cared at all about fossils until we started finding our own, and now we're hooked! Oh and George the caretaker was super nice and really helpful :)

The directions were perfect and the parking area is great and right at the trailhead. Just like the website says, the trail snakes in and out of an awesome little creek and even though it's constantly splitting into different directions, it doesn't matter which way you go because they all lead to the same place. The best part is the canyon walls - no matter how hot it is, this hiking trail is almost always in the shade and is just a beautiful dream. Definitely rad and a great stop on any road trip.

Well the Roadtrippers directions took us to the wrong spot (the wrong side of the canyon), then we followed the driving directions from the official website to the letter, but we never found the road that the instructions mentioned (the one that splits off and goes uphill to the left) and we never found a sign, any funny gravity, or any ghosts. It wasn't far out of our way so it wasn't a big deal, but it should probably be removed from Roadtrippers :/
