Holiday Inn Express is usually a sure thing. Not this one.
Needed some TLC, floors in our room were stained and looked bad and when we asked for a new room we were told they are all that way. We kept our shoes on until we got in bed. Buy some new carpet already!
Also, I'm not very picky about coffee as long as it is caffeinated, but the coffee here tasted like swamp.
I added an extra star for the staff that that was friendly and helpful.
