Being a resident of Ft Worth although originally from the UK it seems such a shame that the real Stockyards bldgs could not of been saved for their heritage long ago and preserved. Ft Worth has such a unique history that was once centered around the Northside area it's unfortunate that generations to come will only see tourist bars and rodeos representing a long gone era.
