If there was a lower rating than 1 I would give it that! The door had been kicked in & wouldn't close all of the way. There was blood on curtains & wall which was splattered, not just a small amount. It had a mold smell with mold growing around the bath tub, & what looked like on the bed sheets. Everything had been wiped down with a dirty rag which left white flip over everything. My step daughter started to cry once we entered the room stating "I do not want to die!" She refused to sit down or touch anything. My husband went in & received a refund so we could go elsewhere! Just another little side note the pool was being filled with a garden hose, & had a green moss growing in it!
