Was here as a rest stop. Shower had hair in it from the previous individual. Could have been worse for a cheap hotel.
Gorgerous. Happened to get here right after it rained, trail was a little muddy but not bothersome. Water falls were flowing.
Nice area for a quiet walk with a good change of scenery from typical neighborhoods. Besides Schmidt's not much in the way of German food/shopping. Pistacia Vera is lovely. The staff is friendly and the macaroons and tarts are wonderful.
Tour guide seemed to really like his job. The group I was in wasn't the most exciting and he did his best with a non talkative group. The cave is fantastic, lots of natural architecture. Some path ways are narrow, not for those who like tight spaces or can't resist touching things. Panning for gems is great as well, the gems are actually nice sizes.
