I'm in a bed in one of their rooms right now. I think it is a nice, surprisingly quiet hotel that is clean enough for me st least. For the price it is okay I would say. It is close to interstate 80 but it is not noisy at all. Now in June when it is warm outside it is cold in the room without having the air conditioner on. I don't know why.
You get a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room, so that's nice. There are a few insects like flies here, but I don't think it is too bad. Quite comfortable bed, clean, spacious and nice bathroom.
