Not sure why so many people rated this so low. We were greeted by the staff and escorted to our site. It was a pull through so we didn’t need to unhook the Jeep. Yes, this is mostly full timers but it is clean and it was quiet. We found arrow heads and other Indian relics. We also found geodes. Nice trails through the woods with lots of tent camping. Right off the Natchez Trace. We stayed 2 nights to wait out some major storms. We would stay again.

We were traveling back to Michigan and needed a stop over. We called after hours but the owners answered and provided us a spot.So quiet and wonderful grounds. Lots of deer strolling through. We chose a simple site with just electric and water because we were staying just one night. We were treated like special guests, we were escorted to our site, just beyond expectations. We paid $24. We had electric but water was off due to cold temperatures. Still extremely affordable! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful State Park with lots of things to do to stay busy or relax by the beautiful stream. We pulled in to use the dump station and ended up booking 2 nights last minute. Sites are close together but that didn’t bother us. We stayed in a site with electric and water only. We will stop by the dump station on the way out. Received senior discount so with tax, just $25/night. Will stay again if in the area Friendly and helpful at check in.

We stayed just one night here and will definitely be back. Toyota has evidently poured some money into the park. New bathrooms, lots of pavilions and cabins, all redone. Playground, lake and disc golf. The tent sites are very cool with swing bench and a platform to pitch your tent on.

Florida Caverns State Park is small, very quiet and has plenty to do and see. The sites are large but not much privacy. This didn’t matter at all because everyone was friendly and courteous. Several nice hikes on multi use trails, bikes, hikers and horses. Only saw other hikers on this trip. Swam in the swimming hole, very refreshing. The highlight of the trip was the cave tour. Our guide, Steve, was knowledgeable, friendly and very engaging. The caves are amazing!!
We would definitely stay here again. The camp hosts came by each evening to see if we needed firewood! Very nice!

Beautiful water access. Great fishing. Dolphin siting a every day. We preferred the back row because the sites are larger and provide more privacy than the water view lots. Also provided protection from the wind. No-see.ums we’re bad( Mid January). Lots of water fowl, very pretty.
Had 3 bars ATT coverage. Lots of digital stations. No wifi.
