Easy to miss. As you come down Main St, you hit the courthouse. The Lover's Lock Plaza is the grassy area to the West of the courthouse.

Very clean park with good shower facilities. The WiFi worked well.

There is a really nice paved bike trail along the Truckee river. It's only a few miles, but it is scenic and in great shape.
