Absolutely one of our favorite stops on our cross country trip! Stunning and my 7 year old daughter adored it! My 5 and 2 year old fell asleep 😂. Stop and get some free petrified wood on the way out!
Disappointed. The reason we booked this hotel was for the water park— it was CLOSED! the one day we would be there. The kids were so disappointed! The regular pool was freezing, so only one of my three kids would get in. When I booked it said there would be a fridge in the unit but there wasn’t any. The worst part was as we were leaving. I needed a receipt at all of our hotels during our cross country drive because my husband was on military orders. The front desk guy told me he couldn’t give me a receipt because I booked through booking.com. I don’t know what he was talking about- I booked through the WYNDHAM app! Then he admitted his computer had been down and wasn’t showing the right amounts. Why didn’t he just tell me that? 😂 what a weird stay. Would not recommend.
Got in free with military discount! It was PACKED!! but we all had fun! Was a nice stop on our cross country trip, our kids (7, 5, and 2) got to run around outside at the park and learn a little history along the way.
