Don't stay here. It is dirty and in disrepair. Kind of scary.

I have been to the Canadian side of the falls before, and it was beautiful. We just went to the NY side and though it is less awesome, it is still beautiful. The area around the falls is much less impressive - very honky tonk. We went to the falls, walked around a bit and left. I would not stay there for more than a few hours.

We loved this place! It was so interesting to see where Abe lived in his younger years, as well as the amazing memorial that was built in this little town. So inspiring to be walking on the same ground that he walked on almost 200 years ago!
