Doesn't live up to the Marriott name. No hot water over a several night stay; front desk personnel claim they can't get someone here until Monday (we arrived Wednesday and depart Saturday). No hot water means no showers AND exactly how sanitary is their food prep without hot water? Yuck. Haven't seen any signs of their quality guarantee, either. We have THREE rooms here. Won't be back. Won't stay at another Fairfield. Totally disgusted with this "Marriott" experience.
