Great size room, accommodated our family size nicely. Only downfall was the level of cleanliness. Blinds were super dusty and sheets had hair on them. Front desk was nice and had sheets changed out quickly. Will stay again if ever in the area!
Room was decent sized.. AC did not run efficiently and room smelled musty. Bathroom and room itself was not cleaned to meet COVID-19 cleanliness guidelines. Front desk Offered a second room that was even dirtier. I work in sanitization and ended up cleaning my own room with borrowed cleaners from the front desk guy to allow my family a semi-cleaner stay. The cleaners used are peroxide and not bleach or a germicide, which is a cheap but not sufficient disinfectant (Especially for a hotel). Would definitely not recommend if you’re looking to stay in a sanitized environment during a pandemic. Housekeeping definitely needs to be retrained on proper cleaning in general, never mind during a pandemic. Front desk was excellent however, and super helpful despite situations. Hotel did offer a check out and refund, but all surrounding hotels were sold out. No refund or discount given even though I had to clean my own room.
Location was great, but that is it. Room was EXTREMELY over priced for a less than mediocre outdated room that had a tiny bathroom, mold on the shower caulking, and a giant spider on my pillow to greet me upon entering. With Delta variant on the rise, nobody in the area seems to care and go 100% mask free with only recommendation despite visitors with health issues. HARD PASS next time.
Great room! Super clean and awesome breakfast. Staff was really nice too. ONLY dislike is that there were signs that masks were required and staff didn't enforce it allowing people to walk around without a mask. Otherwise, would absolutely stay again!
Absolutely disgusting place! Room was filthy and smelled like urine. Bathroom had "Sanitized" stickers but found pubic hair all over the toilet. So gross that we refused to even bathe there and used sanitizer wipes on the toilet and high touch area so we could use it. We slept on top of the covers and got out of there at the crack of dawn. ONLY good thing about going there was the front desk lady was nice and gave us a good Military deal and the towels were clean. Not recommended, especially during a pandemic. YIKES! If I could give 0 stars I would!
