Great for smokers and drunks. Awful for families. The front lobby looks nice enough, but when we drove around to the back to enter closest to our room, there were two men urinating in the parking lot. We wanted a non-smoking room but got a smoking room, it didn’t seem to matter though because the non-smoking rooms are right across the hall and the entire hallway smells of smoke and the stairwell smells of marijuana. I thought at least I could sleep things off but the room darkening shades or not big enough to cover the entire window so the streetlamp directly outside of the window shown through. I gave two stars instead of one because the staff at the desk was nice, and you can’t always help the clientele that uses your hotel. Until today I thought Wyndham stood for quality.
