Unbelievablely disgusting stay. We are executive elite members and choose Holiday Inn for majority of our hotel stays. We are traveling with our young children and planned to stay at 6 holiday inn locations during our road trip.
I am horrified by this location and if it wasn't for our previous experiences, I would never stay at a HI again. Our first hotel had poop smears, running down the toilet seat. They obviously did not clean. They moved us to another room and there was a cockroach in our room. They said they recently sprayed and offered to move us to another room.
Poop and cockroaches.
What else can I say? I'm disappointed and utterly disgusted.
