Great stop for us with our puppy. Very large park with 3 separate areas, a great hill to tire our little guy out. Would have been nice if there was grass and working fountains for him.
The farmer of the fields is Jeff, he comes to the site several times a day to chat with the patrons. There was 5 additional groups there when we were on a Thursday afternoon. Very easy walking path and farmer Jeff has plenty of stories for you!
A small valentine diner (only 19 left in the United States to eat at), the small 12 person seat area has a great atmosphere. The owner was the cook and every person who walked in he greeted warmly and knew most on a first name basis. He split our order for us and the burger and fries were delicious. Do not expect an expanded menu or chocolate malts, the kitchen was very small and very basic. Hands down, best stop for a quick bite!
