We stayed here for a few nights to utilize the location as a jumping off point for access to the Cascades National Park. It was soggy and wet most of the time we were here. The spot wasn't level which attributed to our first leak as a result of the angle. The pull through was easy enough to get into and out of but the fact it was grass was a minus for us.

The facilities are a bit dated and I think I remember the laundry being a bit overpriced for how poorly it worked.

Good clean mountain water for drinking. Verizon signal was intermittent.

We were able to pull our fifth wheel in and get situated rather quickly, the grass pad is a bit uneven, but served our purposes well. The weather was phenomenal while we were there, so we enjoyed using this as our home base to jump up to Neah Bay and Cape Flattery. Also the La Push beaches are close by and totally worth the short trip out.

DO NOT use the dumpsters close to the permanent residents. I told my son to take out the garbage without thinking twice and he put some garbage in the resident dumpsters. There was hell to pay with a guy freaking out and spray painting on his dumpster that it was "private". That was a bit unnerving to say the least.

Facilities are older but functional, shower had hot water, but not the best drainage system. The washers and driers work ok for the $ but not all were working, that sort of thing. We also had a power outage and I thought something was wrong with my rig until neighboring RVs came back and helped out with some intel.

I'd stay here again because the area is awesome and the people in the area are friendly. I was able to work all week despite a slower upload speed via Verizon. Their provided wifi was spotty away from the office, so don't count on that.

We chose Farragut state park as our first full-time camping location and haven't been let down. The pull through spots are easy to maneuver and offer 50 Amp service and water. We ended up with the spot right next to the bathrooms, which is a plus and a minus. The nice part is we can do business in the bathroom vs. our black tank and they have private showers with hot water, the negative is there is a lot of foot traffic right in front of our site. We had some good area for the kids to setup a hammock and the pad is big enough for 2 tents, although we didn't use it that way, it offers that flexibility. The picnic table can be moved for flexibility in layout. We found the nearby swimming hole to be a great place to cool down and the museums offered plenty of history for the kids to absorb. The monarch mountains and nearby Lake Pend Orielle promise to not disappoint with views and majesty galore. We stayed in Gilmore loop and there is a dump station across the main road. Verizon coverage seems ok, but you'll be sharing the bandwidth with others from a limited number of towers in the area.

Sequim is a beautiful area, I'd come back just for the town and to kick around the coast.

We pull a 40 ft. toy hauler. Although they don't say you can't there are really only like 4 spots that would fit our trailer. We had a professional tractor trailer guy guide us in, even then the roads are not wide enough for much manuevering, so we were brushing our brand new truck up against the bushes to get our trailer backed in. We also had the bushes right outside our door with not much of a patio or passage on either side with our slides out. We made the best of the situation and really enjoyed the area including the wildlife refuge and the lavender farms nearby.

Fires are allowed in fire rings, the showers are cheap and warm. Fresh water is available at a spigot near the bathrooms. I'd recommend probably 30ft or less to camp here. Class A folks beware, but also look for pull throughs - there are a couple.

Most of all we had some great neighbors to share a campfire with and let our kids play with, that made the experience for us, although that is always just what live deals and a gamble in some situations.

Also be ready to run your generator and come in with plenty of water. We totally forgot to plan ahead making this a great learning experience for us.

We chose this spot as our jumping off point before proceeding to the cascades. It was a great location only about 15 min from the Grand Coulee Dam and Steamboat Rock State Park. It has a sizeable enough lot for me to practice backing in the 40ft trailer and get situated without worry. I don't think we were 100% level, but hey its free! We did have some people coming and going pretty late at night. We came in at about 10 one night after the laser show at the dam. Make sure to go on a tour of the dam. Its an impressive engineering marvel and the facts about it are pretty fun to learn about.

Only complaint about the spot is the hoards of mosquitoes. Bring bug spray and your zapper rackets!

We absolutely love Deception Pass. As WA natives we have an affinity for this area. We didn't quite know how well our 40ft trailer would handle going through the loop and backing in, but we lucked out and just kept it straight back after wrapping around a bend. A shorter trailer backed into a tree or a rock in a more complicated spot. Take the driveway lengths literally and pad it a little.

Great trails around the area and overall a very fun place to drive down to the beach or lake with the family in tow.

The fire-rings are decent and access to the pedestal and water was no problem.

WA state parks require you to use their tokens for showers so take care of that when you check in across the street.
