Great RV park with a lot of things to keep kids and grownups alike busy during the day. They have two swimming pools, a swimming beach, paddle boats, several playgrounds, planned activities and day camps... and tons more. There's also an on-site security and it requires a gate pass to get in which makes it feel safe. A Wal-Mart is also just a few minutes down the road!
The RV park is clean, spacious and quiet with a nice pool in the summer, there's also a playground plus the bathrooms and showers are always clean. It's also very quiet as it's not along the highway making it a good place for a quiet stay and catch a whif of smell from the pines. Definitely a great place to stay for a few days.
This place is more family-focused and has a local campground vibe to it as a lot of the spots are leased or owned by different people... it can get very crowded & difficult to get to back locations depending on the season. There's a small store if you need to stock up on supplies and has lots of activities to offer.
This is the place to stay if you're looking to have a bit of fun. It's a large campground and they have golf carts to ride around and drive around the park with plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy too. They have a number of cabins and can accommodate RVs of any size.
Large campground that usually have activities with a nice pool area. It can be overrun with kids and can become noisy at times but otherwise a good place to hangout.
It is a wonderful resort camp. There are just so much for every to do specially the kids. There's the water Splash area, water slides, pool, arcade, golf, jump area, bike rental, playgrounds , fishing and the list is endless. They also have a hall that has activities for kids and families. A really great park for families that have younger ones but not so much for those who'd like to relax or have a quiet time.
A Beautiful park that offers cabins, and large, flat campgrounds with lots of camping spaces but still enough distance to have some privacy. Each type of site is located in a different part of the park. Just keep in mind that the only tent camping spot is canoe camp, which you have to kayak or canoe across although it isn't far from the river and easy to access. Staff are usually very helpful and friendly too.
This is a very large campground, with a well-kept campground. Restrooms/showers are usually clean. Spaces are not too close together & hookups were all easily accessible and in good order. It's definitely a nice place to relax even for bigger groups or families.

The camp offers good level sites with lots of pull-throughs, they also have a great tent area with a pavilion to use for cooking. The whole place makes you feel like you're very close to nature as it is set back in a wooded area. They have a dog park, a very nice pool that's free for campers and a small store where you can stock on camping items.
Timber lake is great for families as there are tons of activities for everyone. From swimming to ziplining, camping to fishing, you'll always be able to keep yourself entertained while you're enjoying you're time. They also have a cabin that's cozy and clean, with a full sized bed, a set of bunk beds, a mini fridge, and a microwave, complete with heating and AC too, as well as electrical outlets. Outside the cabin is a little porch with a swing, and a private fire ring with grill grate and a picnic table.
