Because the place was decently clean, they get a star. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and skip this place entirely. From threadbare towels, to malfunctioning a/c units, to walls so thin that we heard every pass of the elevator, it was disappointing from start to finish. Decor and amenities are in dire need of an upgrade, and the wi-fi signal was poor. While the location near the falls is convenient, the overpriced rate isn't worth it. And unlike many other HI properties, breakfast isn't included in the price, and the on-site restaurant served mediocre food by mediocre staff at high prices.
