Liard lived up to its hype. I highly recommend going at the end of the season during September when the leaves are changing and the crowds have dwindled. I almost had the place entirely to myself! We met great folks up there, the springs were naturally wonderful, and the campsites and facilities were well-maintained. The only thing I wish they had was on-premises showers. I will 100% go back :)

They were helpful at the desk and allowed us overnight parking in their lot. They were within walking distance of the Plaza and other main areas of town, which gave us the best place to keep our truck camper and not have to worry about finding a good spot to stay. #NewMexicoTRUE
