Barely a 3. Staff was OK. There were signs everywhere saying our stuff would be vandalized, so I slept with one eye open and woke up exhausted.
The bathroom had red hair dye everywhere. The bathroom was not clean. A mysterious white... substance (hopefully toothpaste) on the carpet shows they didn't vaccum.
The highway across the street is incredibly loud.
