I stayed at the hotel as part of a convention. I have to say it was one of the worst stays I've ever had. While my room was fine, others complained that their rooms had not been cleaned in several days and they had to keep calling for clean towels, etc. Also, room service for several rooms on my floor had not been picked up and guests actually shoved their used trays (@10) in the vending area to get them out of the way. We needed air conditioning turned on and the heat seemed to come on; we had to ask a number of times to clean up the garbage in the conference rooms; we had asked for the manager to come to the room and after about literally 15-20 calls, an assistant manager came. I think they were in the process or had just been sold and this is the reason for the unusually lax service but before I go back I would want to find out how it is doing.
