If you go at night, make sure you don't have any lights on. The property owner will come in his serial killer truck. Hell, all of us had a "get the hell out" feeling and not more than ten minutes after leaving, the property owner drove to the entrance. From what I've heard he probably might kill someone, and since he has silos he can hide the body in, why not?
