The staff were amazing. It's nice, and they do clean it regularly, though we turned down a soak in the hot tub. They'd benefit by squeegee-ing the ladies shower area, which doesn't drain entirely. It's very easy to track the red clay dust into wet areas, and our tent ended up pretty dusty. Like most tight campgrounds (this is the tightest I've ever seen), the quality of our stay was dependent on the other guests, and here there's such a variety both passing through and staying for the summer. Two pools, scheduled events, and very convenient (walkable, very bikeable to everything). Reserve a spot not on the east side, though; the traffic is loud.
