Beautiful at anytime of the year. I live in Grand Junction, right below it, and I never tire of going up there. The most scenic time of year is in the fall when the aspens all turn bright yellow. There are places for sledding and Powderhorn Ski Resort for the skiers and snowboarders in the winter. There are tons of lakes to fish in and picnic areas and hiking spots for the summer and spring. A great place to check out for sightseeing IS Lands End.

My family loves coming here! It's not as crowded as Glenwood Hot Springs normally and the views are breathtaking!

I have never stayed at the lodge, but I've been to the pool quite a few times. It's a great place for the family and very kid friendly.
