The historical information provided is well worth the walk. The cave, however, is disappointing. Closed off by a fence and altered entrance by landscape blocks remove any feeling of connecting with this site. The small waterfall on the way to the cave from the lower trail is worth a peek though.

This rest stop is fully operational. Restrooms were clean and stocked. Lots of space to walk your pet. Well lit for a safe evening nap.

If you need the restroom, don’t stop here! They are closed!
