We are bad planners and camping/RVing in the summer in Colorado is crazy. Everything is always booked, usually months and months ahead of time.

I called this campground (among many others) this morning looking for availability and the staff member was friendly, helpful and they had space!!

It was easy to find and navigate around. The spaces are fairly private, we got the standard lot, which doesn’t have a ton of room, but the double lots were very spacious and nice.

Walked a few of the trails, which were nice. They have a store and bug museum and lake nearby. All in all, happy we found this spot.
