I'm so angry right now. I have been to sector 6 several times and even had my son's birthday party there. The last time I went on December 19th, I was told by a male cashier that next time I came in that I was to have a free jump. Well, I went tonight, and they would not give me my free jump because supposedly when 2016 hits it wipes away your credit. I was NEVER informed this, and the manager tonight (3/5/16) flat out refused to give me my pass and could not care less. He even admitted that the cashier might not have known the policy. So why should I have to get ripped off because of someone else's incompentance? If I have known I had two weeks to use it, I would have.
