Perfect overnight stay. We stopped on our way home from out west and had a very pleasant experience. The grounds are clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and accommodating. There are plenty of activities here for the kiddos too. We ordered pizza from their pizza parlor and it was oh so good and best of all, they deliver right to your door!! The spaces are roomy so you don't feel like you are right on top of you neighbor. The only down side is the grounds are right next to the interstate so you hear a lot of road noise, but not enough to keep of from sleeping. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area!

A terribly disappointing campground at best. Let me tell you what is good first, because that won't take long at all: The people are friendly, the campground is clean, free wi-fi and cable, located right in town so it is close to everything, facilities are clean and there are a lot of trees.
Now for the bad: the people, although friendly, seem very unconcerned with your problems, especially if it is because you are unhappy with something. We made our reservation 3 months in advance to include our dogs and the request for shade. What we got was a spot on pavement (like being in a parking lot), with minimal shade. Our spot had no grass, no place for a fire and was so close to our neighbors we couldn't open our slide. When I went to the office to address my concerns, their response was we could move to another spot (on pavement). My biggest issue was that I didn't have the room to open my slide. What gets me is that they never ask if you have a slide when you check in and the man I was speaking with didn't really seem to care whether we had the room for it or not. That was it. Now let me tell you this, there are some nice spots in this campground, but I have yet to find out how to get one of those. Many of the spot in this campground, however, are so close you can hear the people two spots down talking in a whisper. If you have pets, be prepared to take a walk. Their dog walks are located on the outermost ends of the campground and even though you let them know you have pets, no effort will be made to put you close to the dog areas. I felt bad for the people in tents because in order to get to the dog walk closest to us, the only access was through the middle of the tent camping area. The wi-fi is shakey at best. We didn't try the cable so can't report on that. Bottom line is I could have filled my tanks and parked at Walmart and had the same, if not better, experience than we had here and I would have been able to open my slide.
My best advise to you is find another campground. I know we certainly will the next time we are here.

This was a quick overnight stay for us on our way out west. Check in was quick and the employee was friendly and helpful. The sites were close together but there was a nice playground and plenty of room to walk the dogs. The many shade trees were nice. This is a clean, family friendly campground. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Timberline!
