Regretting not listening to the bad reviews. The photos of the town are accurate, if they cleaned it up before snapping the photo. Town was covered in trash. It is more of a Potemkin Village than a real ghost town. It is readily apparent that none of the buildings are original. This was very obviously build just to pull people into Chloride. I'm certain of the history of the area but what you stop and see is not historically accurate or real. Really bummed because the one thing my five year old son asked to see driving cross country was a ghost town. Even he and my eight year old daughter could see that this was never a real town. This is very misleading.
