Great food, many options. Our family's favorite neighborhood stop for Mexican food!
Bad service...waiter didn't know what a captain and coke was...brought out a glass of coke with a shot glass of rum! Manager asked how everything was, but did not help the obviously challenged server. The bill was incorrect, also not addressed by manager who was made aware. I waitressed for many years and respect servers for their hard work, but next time I spent 90$ for meal it won't be at Cheddars!! Lesson learned!
Clean rooms in older building. Good value for a room close to attractions on parkway. Trolley stops out front. There are no private patios, just a plastic chair outside of the room's door that opens to outside. Humble, but comfortable.
Nice little inn. Clean rooms and balcony that looks over creek. Balcony also looks over campground on other side, so not very private. Very comfortable beds, slept great last night. Dixie Stampede is right down the street within walking distance. Trolly stops right outside to take you to all attractions and .50 cents to ride. Can't beat it!
We are grateful to have a place to sleep after a long road trip, but...I checked for evidence of bed bugs and roaches. The furniture is decievingly presentable but the room smell odd, like a bug bomb? Bathroom is function, but outdated. I put the door in time frame of 1970's. Wall paper and boarder are pealing off. Popcorn ceiling flaking off. I decided to sleep with my head not by the wall just in case.
