Cute, but needs a nice scrub down cleaning. It is in a small little offset neighborhood that has kids passing through "your area". Our cottages bedroom window was very close to the neighboring cottage to the point we could hear the occupants having a fight as we tried to sleep. Waited on the owner to show up to collect payment for 5 hours before contacting him and being told he wasn't coming after all and would arrive at 7am the following morning which was all very unprofessional and extremely inconvenient. The advertised fireplace lacked a proper chimney and just filled the cottage with smoke. We were advised by the owner to just open the door and windows if the smoke got bad.
