An absolutely beautiful place to stop along the 81. Do yourself the favor and stop and take a walk. It does cost to get on the trail but I think it's HIGHLY worth it. It's not only informative even though self-guided, but breathtakingly gorgeous. If you have an hour or 2 to kill, stop here! I'm sure it would be worth a stay at the hotel as well for a night. I don't know everything the area has to offer, but the trail you access through the large gift shop is just an awesome walk. They also have one of those penny souvenir machines if I have any fellow nerds for those out there. Love penny souvenir machines. The gift shop has some other decent stuff to offer as well. Walk the whole trail! It's not very long and worth doing for sure. Great place to stop and smell the proverbial roses when you're logging miles on the 81. Cheers!
