This hotel is clean and pleasant as long as you don't require anything from the staff. I'm typing this from the restaurant where we have been waiting 30 min for someone to take our order. Did you request a crib for your baby when you made the reservation? Expect to get it on the 3rd request in 4 hours when you get pissex. Forget your toothpaste? They might find some if you get irritated. Fire alarm in the middle of the night? You won't see any staff outside. It's weird how little they care about service at a Crowne Plaza.
