I called this museum about two and a half months before a planned field trip and spoke to an employee about our plans. I came in the week before and spoke to them AGAIN. An employee even said, “See you Tuesday!” Today the group showed up and were told that the museum is closed.
The way the Zentrum handled this situation was very unprofessional and downright rude. How can you disappoint children like that? More importantly, why is Eve lying and saying that she told me the museum was closed? She called someone last week to ask about the scavenger hunt I put together for our students but she NEVER said the museum was closed. The employee training with her is a witness because she said, “See you Tuesday!” as I was leaving.
It was a complete waste of everyone’s time to rush there this morning only to be told that the museum has an event until 2pm. I will not be recommending this museum to anyone but I will be telling them about my group’s bad experience.
