Pleasant surprise to find such a nice campground on the lake. Boat launch in the campground for Dad and a small sandy beach for the kids. Showers are modern and clean. We only stayed 1 night, but wish we could have stayed longer.
Rooms are extremely well presented. We had the room with king bed, jacuzzi tub and fireplace. What a treat after weeks of camping. Norma, the owner, is a beautiful person and makes you feel welcome. I must mention that Norma runs an animal rescue service from her home so there are dogs and cats present in the house. (Not in the rooms) For us it just added to the experience, but if you are not a pet person, this probably is not for you. Otherwise a fantastic B&B.
Really wanted to see this site, but the road trippers app led us to a restricted area 20 km from the B-reactor. Security stopped us and checked us out. Have your ID ready if you plan on driving around this area. note: We were told that tours of the reactor only happen a few times a year and they leave from the city. Bookings for the tour need to be made online ahead of time. We learned the hard way that you can't just drive up there unannounced.
Clean with good sites, but located right next to the highway so lots of road noise.
