Awesome and beautiful KOA. Don't be fooled by the fact that it is near Chicago, it is definitely in the rule suburbs of Chicago and it is filled with beautiful trees including the biggest weeping willow tree I have ever seen. In between each campsite is a rosebush, they were not blooming yet, when we were here, but I'm sure it's gorgeous in the summer. It is gated and very private. I highly recommend it. If you have kids it's a must, right next door is the wild West town where kids can learn to throw a tomahawk, lasso a cow and lots of other cool things.
