Just had the worst meal and horrible bar service in the Trax Bar located in the Radisson Lackawanna Station....so sad, have stayed here in the past and loved it, but tonight a new cook ( without help or guidance), a bartender that waited on & partied with one small group of "regulars", and one hard working & very apologetic waitress. The city of Scranton is already struggling and now it appears the Radisson is struggling as well.
