This park in the middle of suburbia is incredible. There are several miles of hiking trails, and most of the time, you wouldn't know that the suburbs are right outside. This isn't a place I would drive hours to see, but the fact that I can go on a beautiful wooded hike without driving far makes it perfect. It's great for pictures, too. There is a dog park on one side of the park and a memorial garden on the other. The rest is comprised of trails. I am so grateful that this land was left to the town as a park.
