The area is great! The prices are a bit over for the return value! The free breakfast is so-so, Potatoes seasoned with sharp spices, NO EGGS!! When I asked for an item with protein I was handed peanut butter! NO LONG STAY DISCOUNTS, NO MILITARY VET DISCOUNTS, NO AARP DISCOUNTS! Just exuberant rates for being away from the congestion of daily car commuters! The desk clerks are friendly and the morning breakfast staff is like having mom at home helping around the kitchen! THIS PLACE HAS NO ELEVATOR!!! So if you require no stairs! Don't stay here! The pool is outdoor and pretty cool with all the Jasmine surrounding it! The Hot-tub is tiny, seat 3 comfortably with knee bumping for four! During my stay the hot-tub jets did not work so it was like sitting in an extra hot bathtub, not too bad if ya just want to relax in hot water! We are close to everything! Denny's across the street must get many diners due to the lack of meat and protein here. I asked the staff where to buy eggs and bacon, and she pointed to Denny's; Laughing I said: sorry I mean to cook from scratch, I brought a portable stove and would like to cook some eggs for breakfast! SafeWay, Whole Foods, and the new Wholesale Foods are down the street about a mile. So this day we ate great eggs over medium with ham steaks for our trek up into the mountains. My advice to you if you stay here is to bring camping supplies and prepare to create your own breakfast meal for the best start! This hotel owner does not believe in allowing anything pork being served! The breakfast sausage patty was an actual vegan tofu patty made to look like a pork sausage patty! I think my body went into shock from the lack of real protein!

Upon check in I was greeted by two very friendly gentlemen. The area in which M is located is just off the freeway and their sign is easy to spot from a distance. There was no alarm clock in the room but then what are cell phones good for. Overall I recommend this stop for an overnight on your way to the deep South!
