Sketchy. It looked ok with a few cars parked there.. But when I went to turn around in a hotel right near it... There were screens torn off the hotel Windows, a homeless person's cart pulled up to one hotel door. Other people just loitering around and this place is a 3 min walk from San Joaquin Motel.
