Pretty awesome hotel. Friendly staff and it looks like Hogwarts.
This hotel was sub par. We spend two nights there. When we arrived the door was propped open with the bar lock. Parking was inadequate. Housekeeping did not attend our room appropriately (did not restock toiletries coffee or cups, did not empty trash, bed linens were stained, and were pretty sure we found food in the bed on the first night). The grout in the bathroom was clearly one color in the traffic areas and another lighter color under the counter. The security lock requiring a key card to enter the hallway with the guest rooms was not functioning. The hotel had no security cameras in the parking lot, which I found odd being right off the highway and in a high traffic area. Our car was vandalized. I do acknowledge that Holiday Inn is not directly responsible for this, but cameras may have deterred this action by the vandal.
Not in a great part of town. Parking is a problem. Not enough spaces for the number of guests possible at the hotel.
