Tourism Holdings Limited (thl) is New Zealand's premier tourism company. We are listed on the New Zealand Stock Exchange under the ticker code thl and are the largest provider of holiday vehicles for rent and sale globally. In Australia and New Zealand we operate under the maui, Britz and Mighty rentals brands, and the RV Sales brands - RV Sales Centre and RV Super Centre. In the USA we own and operate both Road Bear RV Rentals and Sales, and El Monte RV Rentals and Sales brands. In February 2015, thl acquired 49% of Just go Motorhome Rentals & Sales, based in the UK; expanding our global footprint in RV’s to all major self-drive touring destinations. In 2015, Mighway was launched in New Zealand, then California in May 2017. Labelled the ‘Airbnb’ of motorhomes, Mighway is currently one of the world’s largest and fastest growing peer-to-peer motorhome rental services. Within New Zealand we operate Kiwi Experience and the Discover Waitomo Group which includes Waitomo Glowworm Caves, Ruakuri Cave, Aranui Cave, the Legendary Black Water Rafting Co. and the Waitomo Homestead. In 2012 thl entered in a joint venture to form RV Manufacturing Group LP, New Zealand's largest motorhome and specialist vehicle manufacturer. RVMG LP has operations both in Auckland and Hamilton. As part of the expansion of thl and the desire to create a leading global platform within the RV industry, we have partnered with Roadtrippers, a North American-based road travel app and data business. The partnership involves the creation of a joint venture business in Australia and New Zealand, combining our thl GeoZone business with Roadtrippers. Roadtrippers has over 2.5 million users per month and has created a world-leading position in the provision of travel points of interest data. thl is an active participant in the Better By Design programme, a specialist group within New Zealand Trade & Enterprise.
