The number of persons occupying a unit is to be as agreed at time of booking and at no time during the occupancy shall more than that Number of persons reside overnight at the premises. The guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by any Guest together with all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the apartment and its contents or the Body Corporate Property including mis-use of elevators caused by any Guest or their visitor/s.
